    Did you airrate your wort prior to pitching the yeast? This will also assist in obtaining a quick initial fermentation.     Hello From Idaho

    Bob, I have a clone recipe for "Artic Red" by Yukon Brewing Company. I have made it (about 2 years ago). It is a very balanced beer with notable Malt characteristics. I would not catagorize it as a "English style bitter", more along the lines of balanced red / scotch ale...if that makes sense...
