Check out this 3d print that I found on Thingiverse. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4976553 pretty simple to print and mount to a board with T-track. Depending on the amount of travel you need then use more or less T-track.

Starting to average 11 gal batches, something like this would shift my direction a small bit.

if you are force carbonating every keg then i would say 6-8, I try spunding and purging all my brews and kegs so it is closer to final pressure. my last fill lasted for 12 kegs.
