I had to tweak the recipe a little because I couldnt get the exact ingredients local. It turned out dark but the red comes through with some light behind it, Still tastes good! I'll order what I need and try the original soon.

I had someone I know give me a full tank that they used for aquariums. I was looking at it today and around the top I see what looks like stress cracks. I'm not 100% on it but have never seen it on any tank I've had. Should I be concerned with this? I don't see tons of info in searches.

I was wondering how long yeast can last before I wash it and jar it. I just kegged my beer on the weekend, Swirled the fermenter and dumped the yeast into a sanitized jar and tossed it in the fridge. Am I able to put it in 250ml jars? I'm wondering if that would give me enough for 5 gallon...

Messed around with it today, Took my time and Bent an extra I have to see if I could make it fit better. No visible damage from bending it, Guess I have to fire it up when I'm done checking for leaks to see if it works.
