    Put your carboys in milk crates, makes them easy to carry and you can't smack the side and have them shatter to easy.

    I'm looking at buying the Deluxe Kit from Northern Brewers, along with the 7.5G kettle with wort chiller. Am I missing anything? Like I said in an earlier post I'm looking to start with AG. To be specific I'm looking at starting with the Belgian Dubbel AG from Northern Brewers.

    I'm about 20 minutes from Dunmore, small town called Rochester. I have to say I've never been to the Otter Brewery, but i have driven past it a few times. As a matter of fact next weekend I'm hoping to get down to the Long Trail Brewery.
