Oops, I better check carbonation constantly then. I used about 1 cup of corn sugar for 6 gallons.
Turned out really well I thought, does taste a bit green though right now.
I made a batch of Graff Cider pretty much exactly to Brandon's recipe. I used Nottingham yeast and fermented around 10 days at lower temps (mid 60's) with an FG of 1.009. When I was bottling I took a sample and it seemed partly carbed already. Is this off gas? Will it affect my bottle carbing? I...
