Did you use Potassium Sorbate and Camden tablets? If you didn't use Sorbate your probably going to get a re fermentation going. But lets hope not.

The strong taste is possibly because it hasn't mellowed some with a little age.

Does it have any preservatives in it. If your not sure list them on here. Preservatives will stop it from fermenting. If it has none, then you can go for it.

What ever your local home brew shop carries is fine, and it's not expensive.

Low temp can slow fermentation, but other than that follow directions that came with the kit.

Juicey Juice has a Strawberry Banana juice that tastes so good I bet it would make an awesome wine.
