Hello, this is my First time brewing mead and I am getting ready to transfer and filter my mead. How do I sterilize my silicone hose and Barb in-line Strainer so that the transfer will be clean? Thank You in advance.

I could be wrong , but I'm making a honey mead.. is that the same process to making beer? Also I have never part of cold crashing or finning.
