If I took two 5-gallon recipes and doubled them could I brew them together in one pot to make a 10-gallon batch? Thanking about Cream Ale from DeFalcos.

Picked up an American Cream Ale Recipe and noticed that Delfacos gave me German Tettnanger hops instead of U.S. Hallertauer hops for the bittering. Will using these hops change up the finished product?

We had about 4 to 5 gallons of St Arnolds Lawnmower beer left in a 30.5-gallon keg. Will it be OK if I transfer it to one of my 5-gallon kegs before I return their keg? I refuse to send back a keg with beer.

Forgot to turn off the water while steeping the grains and the temp got up to 200 degrees on my cream ale. Should I scrap this batch now are continue on thanks.

Looking to brew the Caramel Cream Ale as per Cheesefood's Recipe. I will be kegging so how would I handle the priming phase? Should I just add the 1 cup of Lactose 4 oz. of vanilla and 1.5 cups light DME when I keg? I do not force carbonate.

Brewed a batch of Red Ale and I chilled the Wort to low. I am at 60 degrees. Should I try and get the temp up before I pitch the yeast or will it just be slow to start if I pitch it now?
