    Cider Press outlet part

    Hello! I’m finishing up a build - traditional rack and frame press using a car jack. I’m having trouble finding the right part for the outlet/drain of the tray and wondering if anyone here has any good ideas? Stainless Steel would be nice but open to safe plastics too.     Pressure and crown caps

    Take a look at methode traditionelle. Champagne bottles are crown capped with around 6 bars of pressure (Craft Cider Making - Andrew Lea {3rd edition pg. 82})
