I made this 6 months ago and forgot about it. Ive been real busy. Anyway, I have left the raisins in for this whole time will that be an issue. I am going to transfer it over tonight.

Has any body added yeast nutrients to this mead. I'm planing in using a packet of dry wine yeast. Cant remember which one off the top of my head.This will be my first mead. Any other tips would be great.

I would love to ferment in a barrel but I don't think I have enough space for one. What is the smallest size I could get and where? Also thanks for all of your replies.
I just made my first sour last night. It was a Flanders red. Everything went great but I had one question. Its in a brew bucket for primary fermentation when I switch it over too secondary can I use a better bottle or would a glass carboy be better.
