BrewFrick This sounds like a great recipe. I would love to brew a batch of it and do the science-y part to figure out all the gravity measurements.

Well i kegged up the graff a week ago wednesday. Force carbed it for 48 hours. Now its gone.
The entire family loved it and we killed all 5 gallons in 3 days. I cant wait to start another batch tonight.

That wasnt CO2. That was sulfur hexafluoride. That was an awesome episode too.
I put foil on the top of mine and then put the airlock stopper in and it works great for me.
SG is now down to 1.010 after 10 days in the fermenter. I still have some airlock activity (1 burp a minute or so) About how much farther does this stuff usually go down.
I also tasted it last night. Its a bit tart and not a huge ammount of apple flavor. Does this return with aging...

Beer is one of my favorite things to kick back with and relax after a day where ive been at my Wit's end all day. Also its a play on my last name, Whitman.
I am a total noob when it comes to both photoshop and illustrator. The friend that helped me with them is a graphic designer so hes awesome at both. Im an enterprise IT admin by day so i guess i dont really want to mess with a computer when i get home...lol.
