    What I did for beer today

    Bought over $200 worth of equipment and ingredients from our lhbs, which is going out of business, for half price. The prize purchase is a $100 grain mill for $10!! Score!

    Mash temp question

    Orfy's Hobgoblin II clone calls for a 90 minute mash at 156 F. Can I get a similar result from a 60 minute mash at around 152 or 153?

    Question on pumps and pump sizes

    I have acquired a pump designed for an above the ground pool and I'm curious about adapting it to my small brewery, only ten gallons at a time. Is this pump simply too large for my set-up? Or could I use it with some modifications or as is? Here's a link to one like mine...
