2920.5+6.25=2926.75 Cucumber ale.

2823.5+19=2842.5 12.5 gallons rye IPA and 6.5 gallon brown ale.

HB blackberry ale from my brew partner. Needs more time to carbonate but dang it’s tasty.

Yesterday at by brew parters house, we produced 7 gallons blackberry ale and 6 gallons of raspberry IPA. Today at home, I made 12.5 gallons of brut IPA with Zappa and Mosiac hops. 2720+25.5=2745.5 gallons

Bottled 12 gallons of black IPA with legacy hops.

Bottled 5 gallons of Red brut with Belma and Styrian Dragon hops. Very tasty.

2461+12= 2473 Black IPA with Legacy Hops. This is called Kidney Stone Variant. I had a lithotripsy on Wednesday and I’ve been passing stones this weekend.

Took a gravity sample of a stout I recently brewed. When brewing I miss read my hydrometer so I added DME to raise the OG. This error caused me to add way way way to much DME. Current ABV is coming in at 25.5%. 🤪
