    Mecca Grade Maltings and farm is for sale

    Wow, Seth is a great guy and I believe the property is a century farm. The brew room and tasting room are pretty cool, love his malts. Always packed the rig with as much as I could get in on our way back from Bend.

    Cinnamon sticks...how much is too much?

    Kegged a Christmas Stout last week. Added coco nibs, Hazelnut and 2 cinnamon sticks. It turned out great, not exactly what I was shooting for but my wife really likes it. I am my harshest critic. The cinnamon is very pronounced, definitely will cut back to one next time. Hope this helps!

    Brew Shed Build

    Thanks! Properly chastised on the ramp.... If I've got the materials just have to build something:) The whole thing is portable, just in case another move is coming, (that would be #10). It's 12x16 under 200 sq ft, no permits needed. here's a few more pics

    After 11 years of stove top, then garage brewing, finally started my brew house last October. Got moved in last weekend, had to do the first brew before it was all done so as to have HB for the club meeting at my place next week. Still a few things to finish but is workable as is. Started here...
