    What to do with 60lbs hopped Pilsner DME?

    I got this stuff from Caballas a couple of months ago on sale. 30 sealed Mylar bags of Beer Machine Pilsner DME mix. Good thru 2013 dated. Each bag is about 2.2 lbs. Seems to be hopped pretty strong for my tastes. I couldn't resist it for about $1.50 per pound. I'm a newby so how do you suggest...
