Will using a stick-on thermometer on the fermenter give as accurate a temperature reading as actually probing the beer itself?

Just bought a great pack from my local store consisting of 1 each of chimay red white and blue, rochefort 8 and 10 and westy 12. I stupidly left them all on a shelf near a window. The blinds were closed but there was still some light and heat poking through. What do you guys think will it be...

I like it. Still thinking of going with red white and brew and just putting humorous disclaimers on the label that the brewery is not American.

Anyone else have any ideas?

This. The only slight drawback could be that I can't put "brewery" at the end of the name. "Red, White and Brew Brewery" doesn't sound good.

So bobbrews, I think i'm going to go with this. I'm sure the logo will dispel any thoughts of it being US. Thanks alot, there's at least a six-pack in this for you. I'm obviously going to adapt it from that tattoo instead of being sued, but its a great starting point. Thanks! :tank:

Very interesting, not sure if i'll name the brewery after him but at least a brew!

I was thinking about that one but I think people would assume I was a US brewer.
