What hops did you/are you going to use? All I see is malt. Sounds like a malty English style pale ale to me if you put in some hops like Fuggles or Goldings.

Not this weekend. Fermenting fridge is full. Bottled a cider though. Moved a pale ale into secondary and threw some hops in with it for good measure.
