    Howdy!

    First post. Thought I'd say Hi. Pretty new to fermenting. Started about 2 months ago. I have made kraut, dilly beans (failed on that), Got garlic going. And cayennes for hot sauce. Using dehydrated cayennes. I made half sours. Both that. And the kraut came out fantastic. Also red pearl onions...
