Ya, got busy. Also thought I’d give it some time to settle. There is only about 2 lbs of barley and 1 lb of flaked barley. Very large majority is wheat. Want to try a 100% wheat at some point, so this was the transition batch. Was hoping that the barley may give it just a bit more fermentation...
