I had a one tap tower 2.5" with twist lock plastic, and new double 3" tower fit screws ect no problem, loose the twist lock insert. For the CO2 I added a two gauge tap rite inside, only one line in. It sits on the shelf area no problem, just left it floating around.

Its normal and fine. It will slide down later. Or you can give a quick twist back and forth and a bunch will slide down now. But some may also float. Looks good.

Solved it. Took both caps off either side of collection jar, and used long screw driver, way better than tool provided. Good leverage.

Had a successful leak free ferment, now cleaning. I cannot get the collection jar off. I had hand tightened firmly, as tool was broken. Any tips, or just more force. Soaking in boiling water? Thanks everyone.

I rechecked brix with calculator you sent and I got 1.007. Which concludes that I also can't get a good enough read on the hydrometer inside the zilla. Thank you. As I have un necessarily pitched another packet of yeast, how will this effect beer?
