I brewed a Killians clone from AHS and it smells very very sour, not quite eggs, more just sour. Sounds like user error to me. I dont believe it is suppose to smell like that. It is bubbling more than any of the other beers I have made so far. Weird situation. Im going to let it get through...

Definately want to wait for it to get over a minute in between bubbles. Then take a gravity reading and that will let you know for sure. Rock on!:rockin:

What type of beer is it? Not a bad idea, other than a couple of thoughts. If you siphon the beer (which is better than pouring) into the bucket and then again into a carboy, its exposing it to air (not a lot) but runs the risk of it getting infected, but on the bright side, the chances are...
