So for some reason I have friends that like a "shock top" kind of beer. So I want to try to make one. Any ideas? and when do I add the orange peel, during the boil? What have you all tried?
Has anyone tried making a coffee ale? Seems stout is the most common but I enjoy a good ale and would like to try to add coffee. Should this be added during the boil or during the secondary? any help out there?
