    Blichmann tower, Fast fermenter neoprene jackets that I constructed and chiller set up. Keeps 4 fermenters at a consistent temp.

    I'm running Fast fermenters with the standard FF thermometer and thermowell. For the liquor tank, mash and boil kettles I'm using these thermometers. They're working really well.

    Thanks for the reply, I went ahead and 'brewed' it up over the weekend. Hopefully it'll be tasty. Our blood oranges are rather tart so additional adjustments I'm sure will have to take place. I'll let you know how it turns out. Thanks again
