Coconut Brown Ale - help me design it

I've made the Kona Koko Brown clone several times and always had great results with toasting 1 lb in the oven and constantly flipping them so they get an even golden brown color and then adding them to the last 15 min of my boil and then leaving the coconut in the primary and then racking off...

    Dme fix on ag?

Yeah I brewed Saturday all the way through And pitched the yeast that night. I don't think I actually added the DME until Tuesday. I dissolved the DME, cooled, aerated, and poured through the Krausen that had already formed. Hope this helps.

    Rye IPA???

I tried the Sierra Nevada ruthless rye IPA and wanted to know if anyone had some rye IPA recipes they wouldn't mind sharing. I'm set up for AG and full 10 gallon boils.

    Dme fix on ag?

On my second AG batch I ended up with only 60% efficiency but it was Saturday night so I wasn't able to get any DME until Monday. I just threw it in directly to the already fermenting wort and never had a problem.

The only problem I had with ordering from here was that the kegs weren't cleaned. Each keg comes with its own oring kit. Oh ya just so you...
