I've been brewing about 23 years. The first 20 were all kits. I've been doing all grain for about 3 years. I'm currently taking a 10 gallon cooler that's been converted to a mash tun and installing an electric immersion heater. That way, I can easliy bring the work up to a needed rest temp as many times as I need to.
