I've become a bit of a do-it-yourself-er over the last decade. I decided it cost to much to take my car to the local garage for an oil change so I decided to do it myself. Now I do everything I can when it comes to my car.

I tried roasting my own coffee after a friend gave me some that she had roasted herself. It was the best coffee I'd ever had. Now I do it myself.

My wife thought I needed another hobby. This past Christmas (2010) she bought be a home brew kit. Will that be my new hobby? Only time will tell.
