I just had to make sure i posted about another great experience I had with ebrewsupply. I had ordered one of his element kits almost a year ago and my build got stalled because my 2nd kid arrive and was born with some complications. I have just now in the last month gotten back to it and...
The strange part about this is I had a 2352 and when I went to order my second I wasn't paying attention and ordered a 2362. of course i have been collecting parts for a while so when i realized my mistake quite a bit of time had passed.
I have started using one of these. http://www.homedepot.com/h_d1/N-5yc1v/R-100404149/h_d2/ProductDisplay?catalogId=10053&langId=-1&keyword=12x12x6&storeId=10051#.USQ7rFpKmeM
Painted it with some metallic paint and...
Perfect thank you. That is what I thought. And it is 30 amp service. I have a lot of 14 gauge so the rest will be wired with that.
The 10 gauge is bear work with.
So after going back and forth multiple times have decided to go to a 2 element single pid system.
Using the drawing the the one and only PJ of course came up with I am trying to verify which segments of wire need to be 10 gauge vs which can be 12 or 14 gauge?
Subscribing to this because I have gone back and forth about this for about 2 weeks now. Started to collect parts from Auberins so really need to finalize the plan and get the last few things...be it another PID or a RIMS tube and a selector switch.
Really interested
So PJ was kind enough to revise a drawing for me for a BIAB setup because I am electrical idiot. I have acquired all most all of the things i need and I am getting closer to the actual wiring.
The issue I am having now is that I am looking at wanting to add a RIMS tube to the setup. I have...
I am getting ready to take the step and punch a hole my 10 gallon polar ware and trying to see if there is a height that people have found best?
I was thinking about 2 inches off the bottom?
If I remember right I think kegkits has an outline of how he made his electric kettle and used the smaller box.
Just stated that the hole for the element was drilled off center.
