    I have heard not to use the rapid rise stuff, just use the regular Fleishmann's yeast if you can get it.

    Haha that's all that is left of each. I wanted it rounded nice. The leftovers I gave to people to try and everyone seemed to like them. Also they were only gallon batches and the bottles are 750ml.

    How much blackberries do you have? I read that you will get better flavor out of putting them in during secondary. I'm doing a strawberry mead right now and I'm putting fruit in during primary and secondary. If you don't have a lot I would recommend just secondary. Edit: I'm doing a pound of...
