    I know if u put lemon juice on apples it prevents them from oxididating and turning brown would it work for wine?

    I know grape wines oxidize and go bad a few days after opening but i wanted to know if mead does to but its honey based and honey dosent expire does that change after fermention?

    I froze the apples prior to fermentation and used organic apple juice witg less preservatives hopefully it ferments good
