I had a batch of bottles in the basement conditioning for three weeks at around 60F...friend had his of the same batch in his kitchen at around 70F...
Mine have almost zero carbing and his are fine...
I assume if I warm mine up for a few weeks they'll take off again and condition properly...
Thanks for all the input. I definately err on the side of caution in this instance. Intitial planning for half packs would save $50 bucks or so on the year not overkilling the batch, but you've given me some good points to consider on a recipe by recipe basis. :)
