I will type slower... Lots of misinformation in these threads from people who have no experience with whatever the posted issue is, but still want to put their two cents in. The only bad mouthing of Blichmann support seems to come from those who haven't actually dealt with Blichmann Engineering...

I have two 7 gallon and one 14 gallon Blichmann conicals (got them at different times), love them tremendously. I don't have any experience with the B3 conicals. I would recommend Blichmann, haven't had a single problem racking under CO2.

Yeah, you shouldnt have to bring it inside, way too much work! Just wrap that guy up, much less work in the long run. Have you brewed and had a big drop in your MT?
