Have some hard lemonade on and its clearing via Sparkolloid. The stuff has cleared well but the bottom is suspended in a jellyfish looking mass.

Can this be avoided or will it settle out on its own? Thanks.
Quick question. Clearing with Sparkolloid right now and its hazy at the bottom. Seems almost gel like. This normal?

Can anyone recommend a best practice to get a yeast starter going. I read to just use some of the must to get a starter going, but should it be a little lower in acid content? Anyone have a step by step? Thanks.
Got home from work and had a peek...red wine primary was leaking from the bottom! Had to dump it fast into another one. Then I went into my crawlspace to check my last beer that I bottled. Bottles were LESS firm than when I bottled. Wtf. Opened on up...BLECH...infection I think. Got...
Any other comments? This is the first kit I've made that is this hazy only days before instructions say to bottle (i know instructions are a guideline but this is odd).
Made a lot of kits and haven't seen one take this long to clear up after adding the final chemicals. The Isinglass went into the white this time for sure.
Made 2 kits for a buddy...problem is I think I might have mixed up the chemicals (chitosan vs isinglass) Both were pinots...one red, one white. Is this a problem? White seems cloudy still after a few days.
