First Mead (JOAM) Smells like Bubble Tape.
Thread title says it all. My first mead every, which is only 3 weeks old, smells exactly like the childhood favorite, bubble tape gum. Is this normal? I think I have done a couple things wrong with this mead that make it inferior. First, I added the honey right after I boiled the water (tap)...- UltraVires
