What are the rough inside dimensions of the 'sink'? I love your idea as I'd like to do something similar, but want to be able to fit a 6 gal plastic carboy or my 16 gal brewkettle (~18" in diameter) in there for wash/rinsing.

Yeah, I have a 10 Gal igloo orange cooler and it has a slight buckle in one wall. Doesn't affect anything as far as I can tell.
