    Brewery names--what's your story?

    Since I brew Scottish Ales and a history nut I thought I'd go with a name that represents both. Reiver Ale Brewery has been producing mostly 80 schilling ale to date but I'm going to try my first heather ale this spring!

    Pleased to meet ya

    New to brewing...I've help with a couple of mead batches and made on scotch ale batch last year which turned out pretty good. I'm mainly interested in scotch ales and maybe a pilsner or two. Right now I'm looking for a good heather ale receipe for my next batch. Cheers! :mug:
