I have made EdWorts Bavarian Hefe Recipe scaled up to 10 gallons. 10 days ferment 4 or 5 in the keg and its perfect. FANTASTIC recipe and amazing beer.
Fantastic setup. I am a pump and one keg away from starting to build something VERY similar. would you mind providing more details on your buildup. I would really appreciate it. Could you also explain the procedure for brewing through it. It is a very well made well thought out design.

Here's mine Stainless steel tubing 1/2 swagelock fittings for super fast taking apart for cleaning. Built the manifold then freehanded the slots on a metal chopsaw. cut about halfway through the tubing. I did it in sections (sides, center) just tried to evenly space em best I could. It works...
Here is an 18 gallon corny. It was a sterile emergency eyewash station at my work for about a year. It is quite large. I figure I should be able to ferment 15 gallons or so in it.
It is very large.
It could be worse I guess I figure if I'm brewing no matter how it goes I'm not at work!!!

Ok I missed my gravity preboil I was supposed to have 12.5 gallons of 1.053 and I ended up with 13.5 gallons of 1.030.

8 feet is what I bought. I figure if I need 7 feet I can cut it down. I didnt want to get 6 feet and then not have enough
