Hey everyone, I am completely new to brewing, just got a brewers best kit for christmas and just brewed my first batch of Red Ale on 12/30/10. Things went well, enjoyed the process. Im here to learn how to brew beer that tastes great and other people want to drink it. My ultimate goal is to have a list of my own brews that taste delicious and are diverse, such as lagers, ales, porters, stouts, etc. Hoping to learn as much as a can and have fun!!!
