    When I made it I used "Simply apple" brand, it's kinda expensive though ($3 for 64oz). Check the label, most will say %100 apple juice that needs to be consumed within 7-10 days "normally" doesn't contain any preservatives (like Mott's) and usually cost about $4/gallon.     agreed. while the wok burners look cool, they seem to char my pot more than anything... plus it takes nearly 45 minutes to go full boil on 6 gallon of water (starting at 55 degrees).
