    My biggest reason for wanting to try it this way is timing. I've heard whirlpooling is great but to get the best results you have to let it sit for about an hour.     Having trouble seperating trub from primary. I've read through some forums about people using paint straining bags to boil hops in with mixed reviews of hop utilization.
