Just checking in on the results you guys had. I ordered the partial mash kit from Austin Homebrew and I am looking forward to hearing your experiences with the clone. I plan to dry hop it in the secondary.

Thanks. I have my bottles in Oxyclean free right now to get the labels off. Then to the dishwasher, then sanitizer tomorrow before filling. I am actually pretty anal about the sanitizing. I just didn't know if there was a good reason to rinse it out.

Sorry to drag this old comment through the thread, but I bought this kit last night and it comes with all Columbus hops. If it was designed with Chinook I will go pick that up and save the Columbus. (Or throw it all in? :D)
