    2-Below clone anyone?

I usually mash for 60 minutes. I don't do an iodine test, I just let it go for 60 minutes. None of those malts are particularly had to convert.

    Atlanta Area Group Buy

Actually, the last two buys were from Wine Workshop in Decatur. The last one was a customer appreciation sale but he used the group buy pricing, if memory serves. One of you guys that shop there, or are local should drop by and talk to Gerald about doing it again. I haven't been in the store...

    Brewmasters Warehouse

I placed an order late, yesterday afternoon. I just received an email that it was ready for pick up. It was a order consisting of two different recipes, some bulk hops, misc specialty grains and tubing. I can't complain.

True, I didn't think about putting it in the oven.

    Counterflow Chiller Options Copper/Rubber?

I am looking at my options for counter flow wort chillers. Most of the ones that I have seen are rubber on the outside, but some are all copper. What are the pros and cons of each? I can see where an all copper chiller might last longer than one with rubber tubing on the outside. Thoughts?

I would be interested in another buy as well. I want some Weyermann Pilsner for sure.

    Brewmasters Warehouse

Hopefully Ed can make some positive changes and turn things around. I really like ordering from them and have usually gotten good service. I have ordered items that were out of stock, more than once. They usually contact me, in the case of yeast, and ask me about making a substitution. Maybe...
