    Torrence, new mead/hard cider maker

    Hello everyone, My name is Torrence, I'm fairly new to homebrewing as a whole. I'm currently doing a blackberry mead and apple pie hard cider at the moment. I did do a dumb mistake of 1.5 tips instead of 1.5 tsp of pectin eymznes in the blackberry mead but here's hoping that every goes okay!

    Too much pectin enzyme

    I just did this with a blackberry mead. Didn't read close enough and put in 1/2 tbsp of powder pectin eymznes into the musk. Hopefully this doesn't turn out bad
