I know about spirulina but the taste is meh.
I've seen someone doing one with natural pandanus leaves extract. But sadly the only leaves I found were pretty...

Just bought 6 kg of frozen açaï pulp (around 12€/kg), really want to make an oatmeal stout with them. I will try to make it only gently roasted (pale chocolate and carafa special only). Curious how it will turn out.
