Dont use a K cup! Find a nice cold brewed coffee, Starbucks actually makes a good one, make sure its the blackened unsweet one. As far as how much to add, I'd start low and add as needed. How much coffee flavor do you want to come out? I would add 1/4 cup per 5 gallons and go from there.
