Yup. I did the same. Contacted Sal or Mal or whatever.... it's been 18 months ago. Have a working Vessi (empty) in my garage. Sold a 1/2 BBL brewery to a brew pub (including 7 gal temp controlled fermenter). Still waiting........... and waiting.
