    Hello I have made Northern Brewers Cream ale kit a few times and really enjoy it. My wife suggested that it might be a good kit to try and add fruit too (blue berries or peaches maybe). I dont want to use extracts for the fruit flavor. What is the best way for me to go about this...

    Northern Brewer Spiced Winer Ale goof help

    Hello Tonight I was brewing a batch of Northern Brewer's Spiced Winter Ale. Got the wort into the primary fermenter and realized that I never added the mulling spices at the end of the boil. Can I do anything to save the batch? Thanks Todd
