Had a bourbon barrel Kentucky common

I saw where a local brewery does a Crabapple wit as a seasonal and thought I would do the same since a have a tree in back. Has anyone used crabapple a before and if so what would be the best way in adding to secondary. Any ideas on the amount to at least get some gloving out of them.

Yeah I had a blow off tube. It looks like to raspberry a clogged it up to not let any of the pressure out. Per the recipe it's called for 4 lbs of berries. .

So heard a pop at 12 am and found that my secondary is overflowing. This was to be a smoked raspberry porter. Looks like it didn't like the berries. After I cleaned up the shower and sanitized the blow off there was still bubbles coming out of the growler. The question is...will the beer still...
