I racked to secondary 12 days ago because I wanted to added coffee to my most recent brew. I wont be able to bottle for another week or so and was wondering if there would be any negative effects to the beer.

Brewed today and everything came out great. it is bubbling away as I type. The OG is 1.062, right on par. Its a sweet and citrusy brew but has a great hop finish. really pumped to see how it turns out
