So that explains why I couldnt find any results when I googled "60 hours no Klausen" ......... I was apparently trying to find info about pickles instead of beer and Krausens.
So here is my first post ..... just brewed my first batch 2 weeks ago, extract pumpkin ale kit. Made a load of mistakes such as pitching yeast too warm and letting it ferment at about 76F for 48 hours before I decided i needed to try and cool the wort down more ... at that point the Klausen...
