    All Grain brew pot advise

Yep, just cut the wires going to the probe and twist them together. Also, if it has a pressure switch like mine (Brinkmann I think) just push it down and shove a washer under it. I have a second pot thats much wider and wont trip the switch.

False bottom, manifold, s/s tube... What about s/s ball bearings?

You could use a big magnet to get the stainless steel balls out of the grain to clean. I know this is about the least efficient way of doing it but it would be fun.

Ralphie May: What do you think?

He's decent. Really popular in Tampa with him always being on the Cowhead show (local radio). Add Doug Stanhope to that list!

    Fermentation Keezer???

By keezer do you mean a kegerator made out of a chest freezer? If so it sounds like it may be rough with having to keep two sections at different temps. I suppose it would depend on what temp you want to serve and ferment. If you're lagering and want to serve at a warmer temp that shouldn't be...

    Most Sociable Hobby

When it comes to the community, cave diving is about as tight knit as they come. It's definitely not a hobby you just jump into though. I've made a lot of close friends with it though.

    Elder Scrolls Skyrim

If you're in a bar and you get challenged to a drinking match do it. It's relevant to HBT.
